DM CUSTOMIZATION

DATAMEGA customize device for customer to provide clean commerce environment to run customer approval APP only. For security and convenience purpose, device offer enable & disable control on “developer mode” and “debug mode” to protect developer data leak and improve development convenience. DATAMEGA also provide hardware testing tool to assist user check machine situation by themselves and get testing report to technician. Technician can remotely get machine working data and visit devices to check and solve problem with permission of machine owner. Meanwhile, technician can use APP management system to launch, install and update app of devices in your appointed machines. The purpose of all supports is to lower down technical after-sale investment, improve services quality and provider better support for customer.
